A Spiritual Horse Retreat is an immersive, heart-centered experience that blends intuitive guidance, equine connection, and personal transformation. You’ll learn to ground your energy, release emotional blocks, and reconnect with your authentic self all through mindful interaction with horses in a sacred, supportive space.

Each retreat includes guided meditations, breathwork, energy clearing, equine connection exercises, group sharing, and reflective integration time. Expect to move between gentle outdoor experiences and inner emotional breakthroughs it’s a balance of spiritual depth and grounded connection.

No horse experience is needed. The retreats are not about riding or training they’re about connection. The horses are intuitive mirrors, helping you process emotions and deepen self-awareness through energy and presence, not performance.

Horses are natural empaths. They sense energy, emotion, and intention instantly reflecting back what’s going on inside of you. Through guided interaction, participants often experience emotional release, clarity, and a renewed sense of self-trust.

Retreats are held in Cave Creek Arizona, surrounded by nature and open space where participants can safely interact with the horses.

We host woman only groups, families, men groups, and individuals looking to heal and grow.  Each group has a maximum of 5 people, so that everyone has their own horse companion.
