Antje Howard
Create Your Life from the Inside Out: The Art of Trusting Yourself
About
Antje Howard is an artist, creative guide, author, and teacher devoted to empowering people to reclaim their creativity and reconnect with their inner wisdom. Her work supports deep self-discovery and inner transformation through creative practices that invite presence, intuition, and embodied awareness.
Through her own healing journey, Antje discovered the transformative power of art and the profound creative energy that can emerge even from life’s most challenging experiences. She is deeply passionate about reminding people that creativity is not reserved for artists alone, but is a natural human capacity — and a powerful pathway for personal change, growth, and renewal.
At the heart of her work is Intuitive Neuro Art™, a creative and contemplative approach she is currently developing. This method weaves together intuitive drawing, meditation, embodiment practices, and reflective writing into a supportive, guided process that helps people access subconscious insight, reconnect with their inner voice, and explore new ways of being. The work is open to everyone — no artistic background, talent, or prior experience is needed. What matters is not how well you draw, but how willing you are to show up, explore, and listen inward.
Participants are invited into a fluid creative space where intuition leads, reflection deepens understanding, and transformation unfolds organically. Antje holds space for profound inner shifts, guiding people through life transitions, personal reinvention, and moments of deep questioning. Through a blend of creative expression, visualization, energy work, and elements of sacred ceremony, she supports people in finding clarity, creativity, and a renewed sense of purpose from within.
Antje has an academic background in Education and is a certified Neurographica® instructor, a QiGong and meditation teacher, and a lifelong student of creative and spiritual inquiry. Alongside her professional work, she is also a new mother, dancer, gardener, dreamer, and researcher — roles that continually inform her grounded, embodied, and human-centered approach.
Antje invites people to stop waiting for the world to make sense — and instead turn inward, listen deeply, and begin shaping their lives consciously and creatively from the inside out. Her work is a reminder that real change does not begin with external answers, but with the courage to trust one’s own inner wisdom and take the next authentic step forward.
