By completing your purchase, you agree to receive communications via email and text (if you input your mobile number) from Beth Osmer. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Payment will be deducted from Credit Card or Paypal account automatically and a receipt will be issued to the email address on file from either Stripe or Paypal.

By completing this payment, you understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being during any services provided as a result of your purchase. 

Any services you receive do not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association and is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment and will not be used in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. 

If you are currently in therapy or otherwise under the care of a mental health professional, you agree that you have consulted with the mental health care provider regarding the advisability of working with a coach and that this person is aware of your decision to proceed with the mentoring relationship.

All information will be held as confidential unless you state otherwise, in writing, except as required by law.
